What InvoiceWren is

A tool to write invoices and estimates and share them as private links. It is not tax, legal or accounting advice. Tax names and rates are whatever you set; whether a document meets your country’s rules is for you and your adviser.

This website and the waitlist

You may read this website and join the waitlist without any other agreement. The waitlist sends you a confirmation email and then one email when the app is ready. You can leave from any email we send. Joining gives you no right to the app, to a price or to a launch date.

Free and Pro

Free: 5 invoice links a month, and unlimited drafts, estimates and PDFs. Pro: unlimited invoice links, and no “Made with InvoiceWren” line. Your price never goes up while you stay subscribed.

Where each price is sold. The rupee prices are sold only on Google Play, to a Google Play account in India. Everywhere else, and on invoicewren.com for everyone, Pro is sold through Paddle in US dollars, pounds, euros, Canadian dollars or Australian dollars. We do not sell rupee prices on this website.

One account, one plan. Your Pro plan belongs to your InvoiceWren account, whichever store sold it, and works when you sign in anywhere. We do not match or adjust prices between places, and we do not refund the difference. You cancel, change your payment method or ask for a refund in the place you bought (Google Play or Paddle). The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Prices can differ by country and by store.

Our five promises

We never take a cut of your payments. Your price is locked while you stay subscribed. No feature moves to a higher plan. Your data is always yours to take, and it is never sold. A person answers you. These do not change for people who are already subscribed. See Our promises.

Payments between you and your client

We never take, hold or move your invoice money. Your client pays you directly. An invoice is marked paid only when you confirm it, never because of a click or a guess. If you add your own Stripe link, Stripe’s own fee and terms apply.

Signatures and records

An approval records the typed name, the time, the device and how the link was opened. Whether it binds anyone depends on your contract and the law.

Using it fairly

No phishing or scams, no files that are not about your work, and fair use of storage. We can switch off a link or account that breaks this.

No warranty, and our liability

We try to keep every calculation right, and you should check the totals before you send. InvoiceWren is provided “as is” and “as available”, without promises that it is error-free or always online.

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using it, including a wrong total, a missed payment, or a tax or legal problem with a document. If a court says we are liable anyway, our total liability to you is limited to US$100, or the amount you paid us in the last 12 months if that is more. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited, or liability for fraud.

Changes and stopping

If we change these terms we tell you first, and the new date shows at the top. The promises above never change for people already subscribed. You can stop using InvoiceWren at any time, and we can stop or change a service with notice.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Maharashtra, India, can hear any dispute, except where the law of the place you live gives you the right to use your own courts.
